Cubaris sp. ‘Penguin’ is one of those species that does best if you give them a stable, humid setup and then pretty much leave them alone. They like deep substrate, lots of hides, and steady moisture. They’re not the fastest breeders, but once settled in, they’ll keep a nice steady colony going for you long-term.
