Helleria brevicornis

Helleria brevicornis is a pretty unique isopod — they’re one of the few that actually live in social groups in the wild, and they like it warm, humid, and roomy. Give them deep, well-aerated substrate, lots of leaf litter, and some chunky pieces of wood to hide under. They can be a bit slower to get going, but once they’re comfortable, they’re a fascinating species to keep.
